Mas gente, o Google tradutor está aí pra isso hahaha
I was an
only child for quite a long time so I'm used to doing things on my own and I kind
of like it. Choosing to travel alone was no big deal. Even so, being alone at
the beginning was awful, but as time went by I realized it was the best thing I
could’ve done.
I say that
for a number of reasons, like:
·
I
wouldn’t make efforts to get to know new people if I had my friends with me
·
I
could enjoy activities that I know many of my friends wouldn’t be interested in
·
The
only complaints I had to listen to were my own (that’s the best one lol)
·
I
had my own schedule, which is easier to create and change
What
impressed me the most and gave me a feeling of great satisfaction is how I got
to know myself better and how I could survive doing everything on my own. For the
first time after turning 18 I really felt like an adult.
Traveling
alone is not for everyone and there are lots to take into consideration before
making such a decision, for example, safety. My parents would never allow me to
go to Rio de Janeiro, but they let me travel more than 10000km to Canada, which
is the 7th safest country in the world. Nowhere is a paradise, but
there are some crystal clear differences between some places. I found a list of
the best countries for solo travelers > http://www.travelandleisure.com/slideshows/best-countries-for-solo-travelers
One small
but very useful tip not to miss your family and friends so much is creating a Whatsapp
group. I did that and it was sooo much fun =)
In a
nutshell, I had a great time and recommend having this kind of experience. If
you have never considered it, why not rise to the challenge?
"...creating a Whatsapp group."

When Jenny came back she had already told us a lot of things about her trip. We kind of traveled with her haha
